In these terms: EDZO Detailing means the shop established in Amsterdam; Customer means the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with EDZO Detailing; Products means all items offered through the shop.
Article 2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by EDZO Detailing and to every agreement concluded between EDZO Detailing and the customer. The text of these terms is made available to the customer before the agreement is concluded.
Article 3. Offers & prices
All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Obvious mistakes or errors in an offer do not bind EDZO Detailing. Offers apply while stocks last.
Article 4. Orders & delivery
Orders placed before 17:00 on a business day are normally delivered the next business day in the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery times are indicative; exceeding them does not entitle the customer to compensation. Shipping is handled by PostNL.
Article 5. Right of withdrawal
The customer (consumer) may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons: for products within 14 days of receiving the product, for gift cards within 14 days of the order date (see article 9). The customer can withdraw using the Withdraw from your order button (in the account next to the order, or with the order number and e-mail address), or by sending an e-mail. We immediately e-mail an acknowledgement of receipt stating the date and time. EDZO Detailing refunds the amount due within 14 days via the original payment method; for products the refund may be withheld until the products have been received back. Excluded are sealed products that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
Article 6. Payment
Payment can be made by iDEAL, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal or Klarna. Klarna's own terms apply when paying later through Klarna. The customer must report any inaccuracies in the payment details supplied without delay.
Article 7. Warranty & complaints
EDZO Detailing warrants that the products conform to the agreement and to reasonable requirements of soundness. Complaints can be submitted to customer service and are answered within 14 days.
Article 8. Liability
EDZO Detailing is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products. Always read the instructions and test a product on an inconspicuous spot first. Liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
Article 9. Gift cards
9.1 An EDZO gift card can be spent on edzodetailing.nl on all products and shipping costs, in one go or in parts. A gift card cannot be used to buy other gift cards, and discount codes do not apply to the purchase of gift cards. 9.2 A gift card is valid for at least 24 months, counted from the day it is sent. The end date is shown on the gift card and in the e-mail it was sent with, and can be checked at edzodetailing.nl/en/gift-card. After the end date the remaining balance can no longer be spent. 9.3 A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change is paid out; an unspent balance stays on the gift card until the end date. If the balance is lower than the order amount, you pay the difference with another payment method. 9.4 No VAT is charged on the purchase of a gift card (multi-purpose voucher). VAT is charged on the products the gift card is spent on. 9.5 A consumer who buys a gift card online may cancel the purchase within 14 days of the order date without giving reasons, for example via Withdraw from your order. EDZO Detailing then refunds the unspent balance within 14 days via the same payment method. Products already bought with the gift card fall under article 5 (right of withdrawal) of these terms. 9.6 The gift card is transferable. Anyone who has the code can spend the gift card. Report loss, theft or misuse to EDZO Detailing immediately; we will block the gift card as soon as possible and, after checking the order, send the remaining balance on a new or the same code to the buyer or recipient. EDZO Detailing is not liable for balance spent before the report. 9.7 In case of (suspected) fraud or misuse EDZO Detailing may block a gift card. When an order paid (partly) with a gift card is refunded, the part paid with the gift card is credited back to the gift card.
